Senior Visual Interface Designer - NYC
AdMeld is seeking an exceptional visual interface designer to own the look and feel of the web applications used by our customers, partners and internal teams. The candidate should be an imaginative visual thinker who's excited by complex design problems. They should bring a strong portfolio of elegant, intuitive interfaces, a solid understanding of universal design principles, and a passion for transforming data into useful, beautiful information. Experience creating dashboards and data-intensive applications is a major plus, and agency experience is preferred.
AdMeld is a fast-growing, venture-backed technology company with about 50 employees in New York, San Francisco, London and Toronto. Our platform leverages real-time optimization algorithms to help large websites such as Pandora, Discovery and + 200 others make more money from their advertising inventory.

Responsibilities:
- Defining and executing a simple, clean and consistent visual design across all AdMeld's web interfaces
- Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing to execute effective UI designs in a timely manner
- Driving the interface design process from communicating the look and feel to creating high-fidelity mocks to supporting engineers as they bring it to life
- Creating all the assets (buttons, icons, etc) required to implement the designs
- Creating and maintaining internal design standards to ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience designing web interfaces
- A portfolio that displays strong visual design skills and sensibilities (typography, grid and color theory, etc.) and meticulous, pixel-perfect detail
- Strong communication, organization and writing abilities
- Mastery of the Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is required, proficiency with one common wireframing tool (OmniGraffle, Axure, Fireworks, etc.) is preferred
- Rapid prototyping skills (Flash, HTML, CSS) are a major plus

Executive Assistant / Office Manager - NYC
As Executive Assistant / Office Manager you will be the logistical right hand of AdMeld's CEO and CRO, as well as the person handling some basic office management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting Executives, be extremely organized, and have an upbeat personality and a proactive approach. Responsibilities - Executive Assistant:
- Coordinate travel arrangements (international and domestic) with strong detail orientation, anticipate transportation, accommodations, meeting and communication needs while traveling
- Schedule on and offsite meeting facilities as needed
- Schedule, confirm and redirect several meeting requests. Calendar requests include weekly meetings, Board of Directors meetings, and client meetings
- Provide calendar management for CEO and CRO, which involves managing multiple and competing requests

Position

Throw in the massive amounts of data that are collected for reporting and analysis, and you've got data display and usability issues on your hands.
We're looking for an experienced, creative, passionate engineer to help us build out the next generation of our platform UI - the place where our publishers go not only to see how well we have been optimizing for them, but to manage their accounts. New dashboards, graphical reporting, and an overhaul of our existing toolset are all on the menu.

With a suite of over 20 tools to generate the business rules for the billions of bid requests that we optimize daily, we have a serious need for quality software...and solid QA team to back us up.
We're looking for a rockstar QA engineer to help design and develop manual and automated test methodologies across the AdMeld stack - everything from our UI, to backing web services, to ad serving.
Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders, product management, and engineering to determine test planning and requirements
- Design and build out an automated test suite for existing and new business logic
- Coordinate directly with engineers on functional and regression testing and bug fixes

The Account Management team is responsible for servicing all aspects of clients' accounts from implementation to optimization and all ongoing concerns. The Account Manager will play a critical role in driving overall client satisfaction and therefore the general success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enable our publisher customers to maximize their revenue achieved using the AdMeld product
- Oversee the AdMeld implementation process, from kick-off through launch
- Train clients on the AdMeld product and client facing tools
- Responsible for sourcing and negotiating deals with ad networks for the web's leading brands.
- Proactively manage assigned client's ad network portfolio, making recommendations for changes and seeking out new opportunities for improvement
