Michael Barrett

Michael Barrett - Chief Executive Officer


Mr. Barrett joined AdMeld from Fox Interactive Media, where he was Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer and oversaw worldwide revenue for all properties, including MySpace, IGN, FoxSports.com, Fox.com, AmericanIdol.com and Scout.com. Before Fox, Mr. Barrett held senior sales positions at interactive leaders AOL Media Networks, GeoCities/Yahoo! and Disney Online. Prior to joining Disney, he held senior positions with Meredith Publishing, Newsweek Magazine and Family PC Magazine.


Benjamin Barokas

Benjamin Barokas - Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer


Ben oversees the company's worldwide sales and operations efforts. Prior to founding AdMeld, Ben was Vice President of Advertising for JumpTV. He also spent 6 years at AOL in a variety of online advertising leadership positions including senior manager on the team that developed and launched the AOL video platform. Ben serves on the IAB's Networks and Exchanges Committee and is a regular industry speaker on monetization strategies for premium online publishers, yield optimization, data, and Real Time Bidding (RTB).


Brian Adams

Brian Adams - Co-Founder & Chief Technical Officer


Prior to founding AdMeld, Mr. Adams was Vice President of Engineering at JumpTV. Prior to JumpTV, Mr. Adams had been with AOL where he led the development of the AOL Video advertising infrastructure. Prior to AOL, Mr. Adams was a founder of MyBookmarks.com which was sold to Backflip Inc. in 2000 and was a senior engineer at Angelfire.com.


Alan Davison

Alan Davison - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Davison brings to AdMeld over 15 years experience in finance and strategy with an emphasis on B2B online technology companies. Mr. Davison served as CFO of Critical Mention, where he led both finance and technology teams through a period of dynamic growth and helped raise several rounds of venture capital financing. Before Critical Mention, Davison was SVP Corporate Strategy for Screamingmedia.


Brian Kane

Brian Kane - Vice President of Operations

Mr. Kane joined AdMeld from Google, where he was Director of Publisher Services. He had joined DoubleClick in 1999, where prior to the Google acquisition, he led teams in a wide range of service areas, including Technical Support, Client Implementation, Training and Strategic Consulting. Before that, Mr. Kane was a Manager on the Technical Services team at Bloomberg Financial Markets.


Marc Theermann

Marc Theermann - Vice President of Mobile

For more than a decade Mr. Theermann has participated and shaped the mobile marketing industry as an entrepreneur, investor, and senior operating executive. Prior to AdMeld he incubated a mobile analytics and media buying dashboard concept at Polaris Ventures, which ultimately became part of Smaato Inc. In 2004, Mr. Theermann co-founded mobile application company Everypoint, where he assisted in raising $14 million in venture funding from three prominent investment firms. In 2000 he founded YellowPepper, one of the world's first mobile marketing companies, which he later sold to a private equity firm. Mr. Theermann holds an MBA degree from Northeastern University, and a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird.
